Mr. Richard McMillan, Sr.

Richard Andre McMillan, Sr was born to Winnifred ‘BeBe’ Harris and Johnny ‘John Lee’ McMillan III on January 26, 1981 in Vero Beach, FL. Richard grew up in Indian River County and attended school within the district. Richard was a loving husband and father. His family meant everything to him. Jenna was not only his wife but his best friend and the love of his life. He doted on his children and enjoyed spending time with them. Richard and his family joined Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Richard was a faithful member until his parting. He led his family to church every week and actively engaged leadership in learning more about God’s word. Richard was well known for his infectious smile and laugh, and playful sense of humor. Richard could say something to make you laugh whether at a party or a funeral…he found humor in everyday life. He thoroughly enjoyed imitating and mocking family members and it was always received with laughter from everyone present. Richard will be truly missed and the light he brought to this world has now dimmed. On May 09, 2025, Richard was called home to his final rest.
